Stingers Win Fifth in a Row
Ford Gets Hat Trick in Saints' Victory

  The Stingers, after losing their opening game of the season, have not lost since then in the South Coastal Hockey League. Jim Callahan and Jim Polito both scored a goal and set up another as the Stingers defeated the Crusaders, 3-1.

Scituate's Dave Richardson also scored and goalie Mark Frano of Pembroke had some big saves for the Stingers who won their fifth straight game.

Pembroke's Mike Evans scored for the Crusaders assisted by Mike Simon and Hingham's Nate Rasmussen in the third period.
  Jim Ford scored three goals while Kevin Ryan scored a goal and assisted on two others in the Saints' 5-1 win over the Whalers.

Derek Knudsen also scored for the Saints and Tom MacInnes scored for the Whalers.

  Tim Cruz scored two goals as the Sharks built a 3-0 lead and held on for a 5-2 win over the Toros

Jay Faherty, Paul LaFond and Jay Parker both of Hanover scored a goal each for the Sharks. Joe Craig of Marshfield and Gavin Steinman  scored a goal each for the Toros in the third period to bring them to within one,  3-2.
